Amouage presents Interlude 53 as a meditation on the power of time. Six months of slow transformation at the Maison's Muscat factory deepen the familiar Interlude structure rather than replacing its identity, allowing its spices, resins, leather and woods to unfold with exceptional density.
Created by perfumer Pierre Negrin, Interlude 53 was launched in 2020. Amouage officially describes the fragrance as Woody | Spicy, while specialist sources characterise it as intensely smoky, spicy, resinous and woody.
