Discover Cacao Porcelana by Atelier Materi, a Unisex Eau de Parfum built around rare white cacao, surrounded by rum, light tobacco, patchouli, sandalwood and tonka bean for an elegant woody gourmand signature.
The white cacao comes from Piura in north-west Peru, where the beans are removed by hand, fermented, sun-dried and roasted. To reveal its most expressive facets, perfumer Marie Hugentobler worked with a French Maître Chocolatier to achieve a roasting profile that highlights nutty, milky and tonka-like nuances.
A sweet rum opening gradually reveals the addictive bitterness of roasted cacao before light tobacco, patchouli and sandalwood give the composition a drier, woody and sensual finish.
Created by Marie Hugentobler, Cacao Porcelana launched in 2019. Atelier Materi officially describes the fragrance as Sweet, Woody, while specialist databases characterise it as a spicy-sweet gourmand woody fragrance.
