2. Terms of Use
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their information, the confidentiality of their account, and all orders placed through it.
All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before order confirmation.
The contract is concluded once the order is confirmed and payment is completed. An electronic invoice is then sent to the customer.
If delivery is delayed by more than 15 days, the customer is entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
All trademarks, designs, images, and texts are the exclusive property of Nose & Note and may not be used without prior written permission.
Use of this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that harms the website or others, is strictly prohibited.
3. Cancellation, Exchange & Returns
Order modification or cancellation: Within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been shipped and engraving has not begun.
Returns: Within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition with its packaging intact and unopened. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted in two cases:Where the product packaging has been opened or the product has been used, as fragrances are personal care products that cannot be resold once opened.
Where the glass engraving service has been requested, as the product is custom-made to the customer’s specifications.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: These will be exchanged or fully refunded at our expense. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, with photos and your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product has been received and inspected.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your order: name, mobile number, email address, shipping address, and engraving text where requested.
We use your data to process and deliver orders and to provide customer service. We do not send marketing offers without your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with shipping and payment providers to the extent necessary to complete your order, or with the competent authorities where required by law.
We do not store bank card details. Payments are processed through licensed payment providers over an encrypted connection.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or to withdraw your consent, by contacting us.
This website uses cookies to operate the shopping cart and improve your experience. You can manage them through your browser settings.
Security notice: We will never ask for your password, verification code (OTP), or card PIN by phone or message.

By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy, and in particular that products with opened packaging and products engraved at your request are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.
